      Avantages

      When I came to work for TU, I had a lot of technical knowledge, but while in TU I had to grow as a leader, and as a manager.

      Inconvénients

      We are a very small region of a very large company, some times we get lost in the whole of the compañy, or do not have enough visibility to the upper directives.
