      It very good company, but started to be to even to large, and many miscommunications

      Inconvénients

      They are very unprofessional. HR and Managers, don't even bother to call you sometimes, you must wait and wait and beg them to call you.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
