      Avantages

      As a Project Coordinator at TransPerfect, you will learn a lot about negotiating rates, quality assurance, communicating with freelancers and many other stakeholders.

      Inconvénients

      The environment at TransPefrect is very competitive, even within the team. Everyone helps each other, but at the end of the day it is all about your numbers and how they compare to your teammates - which I felt was not fair. The constant pressure to work faster and lower prices made me decide to leave the company.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
