Low salary, you never knew if your contract will be extended, you only found out on the day your contract was supposed to expire, manager doesn't care about your needs, constant micromanaging, in case of issues inside the team HR just tells you to ignore the other person (even if the person sit right next to you and has publicly made homophobic and racist comments and thinks rape is okay)
