      - Cutting edge technology in translation/localization - Opportunity for global mobility/Internal transfer to a different office around the globe - Possibility to move to a different department

      Inconvénients

      - Poor salary - Poor management. Employees don´t stay too long in their positions, which leads to unexperienced low management/department leads

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
