Lots to share now since they've changed their progression structure that caused a lot of people to leave:
- Most of people's titles were demoted, so if you were a senior PM, you're back down to PM, from PM back down to PC etc..
- They took lockdown as an opportunity to decrease some people's pays and never went back up. E.g. some people were promoted during lockdown but since 'salaries were frozen', they paid what would have been the salary increase every 3 months as a bonus, which they got rid of the moment they announced the new progression shift, so the bonuses disguised as the 'salary increases' were stopped and you were essentially back on the same salary as before.
- Managers do not care about you burning out and not being paid enough, as long as the work is done you're good. You feel replaceable.
- No overtime pay and you sometimes end up working hours past your end time.
- Company culture is completely gone, there's no real effort by managers to try get people/teams together so everyone is just working and no socialness left.
- Benefits are not great at all.. 5% off at a gym and 'free fruit' which no one obviously gets anymore since no one really goes into the office.
- Biggest con to be honest is the salaries now. It was good before but their company progression structure changing caused a lot of people to leave.
