Avantages
-The sky is truly the limit here. TransPerfect allows for an endless world of opportunity. -No matter your background, you will not be given this type of responsibility and this much trust at any other company in as short a period of time. -The culture is great, everyone at the company is young and the energy is absolutely irreplaceable. -Work hard, play harder - this is definitely a TPT perspective and it is lived every day
Inconvénients
-This job is hard work. But it truly pays off if you are willing to put it in. -Turnover is high for certain groups. This is not the companies fault, but often times due to the many people straight out of college who are not willing to work.
