      Avantages

      TransPerfect is a young and dynamic company. In a struggling economy, they are continuing to grow and provide a lot of career growth through that. It's the right place for a graduate looking to start a career. They're also open to change and so if you think something can be improved, you can speak up and make changes.

      Inconvénients

      It's a hard work and definitely not for someone who is looking for a 9-5.

      Avantages

      Provides strong opportunities for travel, especially around conferences. The company makes a strong effort to onboard and support new employees and clients. There are many great colleagues to connect with and learn from.

      Inconvénients

      My experience was that leadership lacked clear direction and timely decision-making. The culture felt transactional, with employee retention and development taking a back seat to short-term financial performance.
