      Avantages

      Not much... new people are trying to change things, but it's an uphill fight.

      Inconvénients

      The old timers here are horrible; they can't find their way out of a paper bag. The new general manager is useless, all talk but not much else. Been here 9 Months and can't take it anymore, looking for a new gig

      Avantages

      Great work life balance. The commission used to be great until the most recent changes. Now the base is lower than the market and the commission isn't where it should be.

      Inconvénients

      Poor management. Trying to head in the right direction but the constant change and battle from Modaxo makes it a difficult job.
