      Inconvénients

      There is little room to grow, and you need to apply for a new job to get promoted. Also, it depends on your reporting manager to approve.

      Ok benefits.. Good number of vacations

      Inconvénients

      Used to be good on work life balance but not anymore. Feels more like dictatorship. Management does not listen to employees and force decisions. Not enough pay and many jobs within the company don't pay equally.
