      - get to work with great co-workers

      Inconvénients

      - Management is stubborn and hard to deal with. - Company loves to think they are working with recent tech stack but they are actually not. - Instead of fixing root causes of issues, they mask it underneath more issues. - They preach agile practices but actually does not understand even the basics of agile development - Normal day to day life in transcore is nothing but maintenance, 0 development.

      Inconvénients

      Pay and benefits could be better, in particular would like more vacation time. Conflicting priorities and sometimes the plan keeps changing making it hard to complete tasks on time.
