No prosss at all , don't go there

Worst management worst work culture ,no proper time management,Toxic work environmentHigh workload with unrealistic expectations,lacks job security,Employees can experience unexpected termination without clear reasons or justification.

The only pro I can think of is that it helped me secure one of the best jobs after leaving this company.

Usual cases of favoritism, subtle racism, and monthly salary deductions labeled as ‘motivation,’ with management often raising their voices to assert power during meetings and performance reviews. The experience affected me deeply, and I only understood how unhealthy it was after spending years with truly professional and genuine teams.
