      The learning curve can be steep. You are given support - but you are also expected to back that up with your own study. This might be a con for some - but for others it's actually a big plus.

      A place where you can learn a lot, in a fast paced office. Lots of team activities, focus on upskilling staff from all over the world. Makes you responsible for your own work, and rewards you for thinking independently. Opportunity to work on lots of different types of projects.

      Inconvénients

      The work can build up over time, so you'll end up working longer than 9-5 hours on different projects.
