Avantages
There are a hundreds of absolutely dedicated people working there who do the best they can in their jobs, despite the obstacles that management put in their way. It's like they don't understand that they deserve better from their employer.
Inconvénients
Management are argumentative, disorganised, misguided and dillusional. They have a grand plan for what the company will look like 3-5 years down the line, most of which is entirely fictional, but won't tell anyone how they plan to get there and can't or won't support their staff with handling the day to day challenges which are causing the stress in the here and now. If you want to watch the management team celebrate prematurely about an amazing 'idea' they have had while you are working long hours, failing to achieve unreasonable targets and struggling to stay upbeat for the sake of your team and everyone around you, go and work for Towergate!
