Cold call center - Avis employé Acquisitions TowerPoint

This was my experience…Day consisted of walking in sitting down at cubicle and immediately getting on phones for cold calls. Other people that worked there very rarely would say good morning or speak with you. They would walk right in and B-line it to desk To start calling. No culture, no growth potential UNLESS you want to be a VP which = a person that has been there long enough to HELP close deals, no 401k offered. There is a foosball table that looks cool but in the past 3 years no one had played on it because you are looked down upon for not being on the phones.
