Avantages
Most employees do care...and work hard. Good people find this place but leave. A good team could be made if management cared enough to let it be.
Inconvénients
Don't expect fairness. Don't expect respect. Don't expect truthfulness/ honesty. Here is a carrot... oh, you can't quite reach it? There are people in the company that are mentally abusive and should leave or retire, period. I was once told to NOT think or anticipate but to wait for instruction. My entire positive career was always about anticipating the next step. This position was the shortest in my career of less than a year, the next was 4 years. This place causes healthy people to get sick and have to quit. If you move into a salaried position they will suck the life out of you.
