Very patient if you have a problem and need more time to work or can't work on a certain date good comunication with direct superiors
Inconvénients
bad quality english translation makes the job way harder than it should be because you have to guess sometimes what they mean average payrate sometimes they don't have enough material so they lower the quantity we work, so that ends up lowering our salary, which is annoying
