      Avantages

      They have free coffee but the machine can be a bit finicky. Maybe it was just me.

      Inconvénients

      Operates in a permanent crunch state expecting all employees to work a lot of overtime. Low pay. Weak benefits. I submitted for a PTO day 3 weeks in advance for a surgery. It was approved. The day of the surgery while I was in the hospital I got a phone call and an email that I was being fired. I never had a negative review or was told my work was anything but excellent and without warning I was fired "with cause" which allowed them to take away all of my vested options.

      Avantages

      The work environment is one where we celebrate hard work together and are focused on achieving our goals. The company hires quality individuals from the robotics industry but also brings in people from other industries that are at the top of their game. Positive benefits and work/life balance.

      Inconvénients

      I haven't experienced anything negative during my time working here.
