      Avantages

      Genuinely really enjoyed working as a contractor with Toadman. Lovely work culture, very accepting and accommodating. Very diverse and there's no crunch. Very happy!

      Inconvénients

      Only real challenge was the slight lack of UX designers on the project. It's not really their fault as they only had so much time and resource to throw onto the project I was on. Was a challenging project, but still enjoyable!

      Avantages

      Haven't worked in a company where it was so easy to communicate and be heard by the entire management. Coalegues are the same, very honest and down to earth people, absolutelly zero toxicity, and any work get's done easily once you are in such an environment!

      Inconvénients

      There are really no cons.
