There are a couple of really great manager and director level people there and there are a few really awesome people on the floor.
Inconvénients
Quite a few employees have a junior high school drama mentality. It's draining. The sad part is these people bring down everyone around them and even though the perform their jobs sufficiently, they contribute to the turnover of others. Pay is significantly lower than market in that area and PTO for hourly employees in abysmal.
