Avantages
Freedom to work at your own pace with good work-life balance. Self initiators can create a position for themselves provided they align with company guidelines. Open to provide opportunities in other segments too if your skills are apt.
Inconvénients
Decision making is highly centralised. Extremely need based tactical sales approach. High ego at the top leadership team which snubs the lower and middle management down. India is not a focus from sales point of view and there is too much interference from US team.
