Avantages
SOME good coworkers and monthly potlucks were nice.
Inconvénients
I was told that I would have an opportunity to "learn and grow". It's pretty hard to do that when they lay off a large portion of the staff at least once a year. Seems to me that Timios likes to hire new people at lower wages and then fire those with higher salaries. The management is horrible. You won't get a question answered for hours and sometimes you're ignored all together. When I ask management a question I expect a valid answer, not "check your SOP". That's just laziness and showing that your management does not care about their employees. There is a lot of remote employees/management and it makes it very hard to learn. Plus in my experience there was a power struggle between my managers so I never knew who to trust when getting instructions for a task. If you're not an upper level manager don't even think about checking your phone or going to the bathroom when you're not on break. You'll get the stink eye and will immediately be on managements bad side. Drama - I could hear managers and employees complain about the company and colleagues openly on the floor, that's a real morale booster! I was WAY underpaid. I could make just as much stocking shelves at Walmart, which I would have rather done.
