      Avantages

      Work from home has been a thing since the company began 10 years ago and the culture is family friendly.

      Inconvénients

      Considering how hard most people work at Timely, they should be paid more- and pay rises have often been 'fought for', for many people who are more than deserving- rather than graciously given.

      Kia Ora - Thank you for your review - much appreciated. We are proud of our work from home culture which, as you say, has been long standing since the business was founded. We have an established pay review process that passes a fairness and equally test and have communicated this process frequently.       Avantages

      - Original team I was in was a great opportunity - Got to help improve processes and launch some great work out - The training budget was a massive positive to my experience - Customer base is fun to work on and has a great response when reaching out to them

      Inconvénients

      - Management and proces was messy and had some who were full of ego - Manager wanted to claim credit for the work I did - Next team I moved too wasn't open to new ideas and became unberable
