Avantages
Lots of fun, young staff. Depending on when your scheduled there is a lot of work to do, or you can schedule it so that you have downtime. As a student I scheduled during off times so that I could work on homework while there. The pay scale is every two hours you get one hour of pay, and if you are out teaching a lesson you get a little above minimum wage for that. If you wanted more consistent pay working on the weekends it is a better opportunity.
It is a great place to have fun and make a little money. You also get to practice your communication skills since you teach many different age groups and types of people.
Inconvénients
My own fault, but because of my scheduled work time I did not get paid very much, Paycheck for 16+/- hours a week was about 70 bucks.
