It is a decent company. Minimal training. You have a lot of liberty and flexibility on your schedule. no micromanaging. Gas allowance is given and phone allowance are given and are not bad in comparison to other companies.
Made good connections and acquaintances.
Inconvénients
Monthly pay and at times delayed up to 15 days. No benefits (no insurance nor retirement). At times did not here from supervisor for months. Lack of communication between departments and no notification of new products. (it's embarrassing asks you and then tells you of the latest product your company is offering).
Then again this could have been my unique situation.
