Avantages
Not many. You get paid on time.
Inconvénients
No support from Head Office and Senior Management. Always felt bullied by the powers that be. They talk a big game on culture but they have no concept of what culture in business actually is. Always looking to blame somebody for result, no accountability from the top..it is always the store managers fault. This position changed me as a person over 3 year. By far the worst company i ever worked for.
