Statements such as “you need to 4× productivity because MX cost is ¼” illustrate a toxic narrative that pits internal groups against each other and stifles collaboration. Low Productivity & Performance – With leadership turmoil, micromanagement, and a blame‑shifting mindset, day‑to‑day delivery suffers, and overall performance remains sub‑par.
