      Avantages

      Decent Medical Benefits, very good vacation allotment, although you can never use it, because it is ALWAYS too busy right now...

      Inconvénients

      Micromanaging, constant fear of being belittled, zero recognition for accomplishments. No room for growth or development. Understaffed.
