TiER1 Performance is an incredibly special and unique company. The company is founded on principles and values that are disruptive and innovative for a corporation in 2024. The principles rely on high trust, dynamically distributed authority, individual accountability, valuing and fostering relationships, having fun--in addition to others. The company values relationships over short-term transactional performance. And I believe that this investment in relationships has actually led to the high-growth rate and long-term financial success of the firm. After 2 decades working at 3 very large technologies companies, I joined TiER1 as a Senior Leader, and I am thrilled with my decision. TiER1 feels like a place where you can build a career--not just drive towards a quarterly number or a particular win in the short term. The ownership model allows every TiER1 employee to share in the success of the company's high double-digit CAGR. In addition, there is a feeling around TiER1 that your career is not written in stone. A person can play many different roles, lead in various functions and aspects of the business, and is supported to explore their interests and passions. There is a very entrepreneurial spirit here. What I find very exciting about TiER1 is that I feel empowered to build my Leadership and business skills. I do not feel pigeon-holed into a specific role--that could be limiting or perhaps boring at a traditional company. Part of the reason I believe this unique model works for TiER1 is because of the size of the company. I feel grateful for the company, and I would encourage anyone who is high-performing, relationship-driven and entrepreneurial to consider TiER1.
