Pay is competitive i guess

Petty management and lack of communication

Pay above industry standard. CEO’s are not on site.

Management was extremely non-communicative. Managers talked about other employees. Overtime is expected. Gossip is even worse. No real HR policies. Data analysis is performed on old methods. Samples are contaminated constantly. No client should trust testing coming out of the lab.
