Avantages
I enjoyed the ability to teach students as an adjunct faculty member. I enjoyed the subject matter and the students.
Inconvénients
The part that I did not like about being an adjunct faculty member was the unpredictable teaching assignments. One semester you might have two or three sections, the next semester you might have none. Also, it gets to e problematic when an adjunct faculty member is sent to satellite campuses because frequently the travel time does not make sense for the class load and pay.
