Thank you for the feedback. We have indeed refreshed our company wide credit card and stock loss policies this year so that they are more in line with our business as we’ve grown from 40 people to over 200. Change is always disruptive, and the intent is never to make anyone feel unappreciated. Being a company that is not yet profitable we have to be very careful with money. One of the ways we recognised our employees previously was through the use of the points we collected as a business. Sadly over the last two years those points were no longer being handed back in, which meant we were unable to provide company wide recognition to those who went above and beyond.
