      Avantages

      I've been working at Thomas Instrument for over a year and it's a good place to grow your career. The company has a family-oriented culture, supportive management, and a strong focus on taking care of employees. The pay and benefits are good, and there are opportunities to move up. The work is interesting and sometimes challenging in a good way.

      Inconvénients

      Like any growing company, there are areas that can be improved—such as streamlining processes and upgrading certain resources.

      Avantages

      The people at Thomas Instrument are very nice. It is a very relaxed atmosphere that promotes a stress free work environment.

      Inconvénients

      Some of the projects get way behind due to many revisions of the project. I don't necessarily blame Thomas Instrument. It is all that red tape the military has that makes it an issue. But hey that is the business they are in.
