Working at Thirdeye Gen has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company culture is one of the best aspects—supportive, innovative, and forward-thinking. As a Marketing Coordinator, I’ve had the opportunity to work on diverse projects that truly challenge and enhance my skills. The leadership team is approachable and genuinely invested in employee development, offering plenty of opportunities for training and advancement.

As a growing company, Thirdeye Zen can sometimes face the typical growing pains such as shifting priorities and resource allocation. However, the management is always open to feedback and continuously works to improve processes.

Salary paid by a government contractor parent company Banc3. I’m pretty sure ThirdEye is a tax write off for them.

All of these reviews are likely fake and paid for just like every award bought by CEO’s parents. This company is a joke and everything they do is sketchy and corrupt. Work here if you want to lie to the public and screw over customers on the daily. No real engineering done here, just white labeling 3 years ago tech and denying customers returns.
