      Joined this place almost 2 years ago as a fresher, looking back I realize that I have grown a lot - acquiring a lot of new skills, knowledge while meeting a wonderful group of people who I would always keep in touch with - in life

      Inconvénients

      Requiring for more Cloud based activities, as that would help me grow in my domain

      Avantages

      - Vibrant, Active and Congenial environment to contribute - Simple and good SDLC Process - People are very open and easy to access (inclusive of the Director) - Very conservative & calculative on taking risk, which works to an advantage - Frequent interactive sessions, making it interactive on performances & opportunities of improvements - Unbiased HR policies & process are good - Good to see a proper Organization structure getting formed, in the last few years - Annual look out of new batch of freshers, across few Colleges bring fresh set of hands + thinking on the deck

      Inconvénients

      - Expansive spread on Service oriented Clientele, compared to Product based Vertical & Sales - Few special cases, decisions causing not so good results
