      -Great technology and product -Aligned with the latest trends and advancements, like GenAI -A lot of smart, talented people

      Inconvénients

      -Management tends to be resistant to new ideas or alternative approaches -Sales cycles are quite lengthy -Lack of accountability across various teams -Divide between HQ versus other offices, and how leadership engages -Lack of diversity among teams and senior leadership
