      Avantages

      Decent pay, and some decent non leader employees. 2 solid middle management people.

      Inconvénients

      No good leadership, Cto is afraid to talk to employees, no social skills what so ever. Let me go with no warning or reason the Monday following Christmas a week after I was back from being extremely sick with covid and let me go with a text message and no call. Allowed a female employee to harass me verbally on a daily basis doing nothing to resolve after multiple times reporting it. Told me that I am an adult and to deal with it like an adult. Terrible communication. No work life balance.

      Avantages

      Small teams semi close to home.

      Inconvénients

      They brought me on used me to get there software live and let me go. Told me it was a full time position. They also want you to live at the office. Work every weekend and all weekend. Management is not the best unless you are the core group I would not recommend working for this company. Only the core team will remain there. They gave me some BS response when letting me go because they knew what they were doing now I'm back to finding another job after working there a month when other opportunities came up.
