      Avantages

      They do care about their employees. Passionate team members who strive to deliver great work. Opportunity to learn a lot about many different industries through agency work. Office location is perfect. Free coffee and snacks. Drinks on Thursdays. The office is clean and beautiful but a bit small for the team at the moment. It's a people and result driven agency. Proud to be part of Think Profits family.

      Current office space is a bit small; hopefully we add more space soon.

      -Leadership often lacks the knowledge, experience, and expertise needed to effectively guide the team. -Executive leadership appears to lack relevant professional experience or a proven track record in the industry. -Limited opportunities for professional growth or advancement. -Some assignments feel ethically questionable or unclear in terms of expectations. -Inconsistent and sometimes unfair treatment of employees. -No dedicated HR presence to support staff or address concerns. -Work environment can feel overly critical and, at times, emotionally taxing.
