      Avantages

      I feel invested in as an employee, and feel the employer is clear and responsive to our needs. Hybrid remote model allows for work life/balance. Management cares about helping their people succeed. Free health insurance. Thank-you perks like food, sponsored events. Great collection of people (good culture/energy). A company that truly cares about it's people, both employees and clients.

      Inconvénients

      system is easy to use, but there is a lot to learn so initial training was a lot of information

      Avantages

      Benefits start after 60 days. The full amount of your PTO is given up front after 60 days. The new employee training is the absolute best out of any organization ive ever worked for. Managers and team leads are always available and respond quickly

      Inconvénients

      There isnt really a clearly defined attendance policy.

      Avantages

      I’ve had a very positive experience working here. Management makes employees feel valued and appreciated, which has stood out to me compared to other companies I’ve worked for. The company also offers an excellent work-life balance, and the pay is decent. Overall, it is a rewarding and supportive place to work.

      Inconvénients

      No major cons from my experience. There can be occasional busy periods, but the overall work environment and support from management have been positive.
