Avantages
People seem to want to do a good job. Some stars within the management team, but some really nasty people too. Through a very rough 2010 there are people within TMC that truly tried to make this a good place to work.
Inconvénients
Things were so great at TMC for years. Then, for the past six months it was so hard to work here. Where there was an engaged management team, and a lot going on, suddenly there was no direction at all from Senior managment. Products were stagnating while we were being told that nothing new was going to be done, our CEO wouldnt speak to us, there wasnt even a town hall for half a year!! Finally, news came out that we were being purchased. Now we understand what was actually going on. That is a reality of the world, but this was all handled really, really badly.
