      Avantages

      Only good part was remote.

      Inconvénients

      Micro-managing, They will give you a compliment and put you down in the same breath. No time provided for breaks. They will schedule you non stop. They will keep you after shift each day with EOD meetings to provide constant negative feedback. Assisted clients day one due to poor organization and newly promoted manager. No training allotted after day two.

      Avantages

      They treat you like family here. Anything you’re stuck on or have questions on there is always someone willing to help. They are always motivating you to exceed and be better person. My experience here has been nothing but amazing.

      Inconvénients

      There are times that are busy as the company keeps growing but there are also slow times. Being able to communicate with the team is very important if you ever feel overwhelmed or stuck.

      Avantages

      Management is always willing to take feedback and adjust processes if there is a better way to do it. Focused on Employee Development and progression in the company, and prefers to promote from within if possible. The company is growing quickly with lots of opportunities to advance.

      Inconvénients

      Fast paced and busy environment, but it's with a great team that will support you along the way.
