      Avantages

      It was easy to find work with this company. After a pre-interview over the phone, you send a resume and complete online tests to see what your best fit would be. You will have another interview to discuss what your strengths are and what type of employment you would like (part-time, full-time, etc.). You will then be matched with the best opportunity.

      Inconvénients

      Health insurance does not meet minimum essential coverage introduced by the Affordable Care Act. Other than the healthcare, I have no problems with this company.

      Avantages

      Responsive, supportive, results driven and caring. After many months of searching, I was able to gain full time employment through Temp Connection. My first meeting was warm and welcoming from the receptionist, recruiter as well as CEO. I was given a few job placement tests to assess my skill level. The recruiters sent me several job descriptions that fit my skills and criteria. Communication was excellent; they provided me with details and answered all of my questions. I would and have recommended this service to friends.

      None that I can think of at the moment.

      Avantages

      The response time was immediate. Professional and knowledgeable. Listened and understood what I was looking for. Started working full time within a few weeks or less.

      Inconvénients

      There are no “Cons”. Sam knows her business. She has the experience to ask appropriate questions to find the best fit. Tammy has been my life line! She is great at communicating and explaining how to… I am in a better place working for The Temp Connection.
