Avantages

-friendly & pleasant bar staff -decent pay -flexible hours

Inconvénients

-treated as disposable and with little respect by owners (and head chefs) -no contract given despite having worked there for nearly a month -disorganised, completely uncommunicative & unapproachable (and sometimes unfriendly/passive aggressive) owners -expected to understand & learn everything from the get-go -not enough training & barely any support -uncomfortable, hostile & toxic environment in the kitchen (bullying and unprofessional conduct) -was bullied out of work by three members of staff & treated unfairly, then found my position advertised for a higher wage with no communication from management despite having told them about the issue & asking for support/help

Avantages

It is a really eccentric and fun work environment, at the time I worked there, my co-workers were all lovely and accommodating.

Inconvénients

Not much formal training, expected to learn on the job.
