      Avantages

      The students are amazing. The parents are great partners. Great philosophy that all aspire towards.

      Inconvénients

      Administration needs more sense of direction in implementing the philosophy. Administration, Faculty, and Staff need significant DEIJ training. Teachers are over worked and under paid.
