Avantages

Commission pay on top of hourly pay.

Inconvénients

Even though they offer health insurance, I applied & never got any help from management when I never received my health insurance despite the premium coming out of my check every month. They have a quantity lock on commission so unless you sell "X" amount of phones, you don't get any of your commission.
