      They have flexible schedules, and they let you do your job.

      Inconvénients

      They are perplexed with their CRM Salesforce. You pretty much need to start a whole new quote every time a customer makes a change.

      Team collaboration. Owners are hands on in a good way. developmental goals and pathways for growth are discussed. engaged and empathetic mgmt. Team communication. Work life balance is valued.

      Inconvénients

      for sales, there is a lot to handle that isn't directly sales. Management is aware of this and tries their best to help which helps. things move quickly. New processes all of the time. The CRM is not easy to learn/navigate.
