      A solid history of more than 123 years. Credibility in the community. Missional focus. Genuine love for people.

      Inconvénients

      Ministry is relentless. Nothing against this particular church, it is the nature of leadership in a growing church. It is difficult to maintain balance between work life and personal life.

      I enjoyed working here, people were very respected, good people to work with

      Management was all over the place, they promote drinking on the job but overall it was fun

      Inconvénients

      Poor management, no organization, no benefits really
