      Benefits work-life balance one 3-day weekend per month 2 'closed' weeks per year

      Inconvénients

      Because it's a small company (100 employees) annual cuts were normal if we did not mean sales goals.

      Avantages

      Great employees - never met someone I didn't vibe with. Always exploring new ways to solve problems, not stuck in same ways Flat organization - your voice is heard and taken seriously for feedback and growth

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes hard to balance client work depending on workload, need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Sometimes direction can change and make goal attainment difficult
