      The money is pretty good

      Inconvénients

      Manager takes advantage of your time and has zero sympathy, the restaurant is dirty, there is always drama amongst the employees love lives, getting triple sat was normal, kids literally running around your feet while trying to deliver 10+ drinks to a table across the restaurant, the place is just problematic. I worked there 3 years and we went through 4 assistant mgrs. Not to mention the cockroaches.

      Avantages

      Purposeful- your job is to be the party Income- can be good if you fine tune your craft Accepting- pretty much takes anyone in the back or the front of house Hours- you can sleep in and still party after work Parent friendly- this job makes considerations for parents

      Inconvénients

      because this place hires all kinds that includes people who should not be around anyone under age (in the back and front of house). Do not let the cheery atmosphere fool you, the bartenders and servers are trained to be charming and get what they want from people. The people in the back are normally felons or whoever will take the job (especially the dishwasher). It’s okay to bring kids in for a few hours, but anyone under 25 should run from being there full time.
