      Avantages

      Colleagues are generally nice and supportive, with little office politics among educators. Company has a more corporatised and hence more robust system/SOPs/training programme/teaching resources than many other tuition centres out there.

      Inconvénients

      Manpower constraints caused less flexibility in leave-taking.
